Deleting your account and data

How to delete your SubQuest (by FunnyFingers) account and data.

Delete from the app

1. Open SubQuest
2. Settings → "Account" → "Delete account"
3. Review the details and tap "Delete account"

Everything is deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.

If you cannot use the app

If you cannot open the app (for example, you lost your device), you can ask us by email.

• Subject: Account deletion request
• Body: your user ID (or the email address you registered)

After confirming that the request comes from you, we delete your data and let you know when it is done. If you used the app without creating an account, we cannot identify your data without your user ID.

What is deleted

• Saved photos and icon image
• Comments, achievement records, XP, coins
• Display name, user ID, friend relationships, blocks
• Quests sent and received, Party Quest participation
• Your account (email address, Apple / Google link)
• Notification address and settings

What remains

• Coin purchase records: kept as sales records, in a form that does not show who made the purchase
• Your display name, user ID, and note in a friend's record: part of your friend's own record
• Other Party Quest participants' records: kept as their own records
